If your daughter is a small child, when the settlement was reached then the court should have accepted, and the administrator ad litem should be appointed by the court.
Go to the office of Secretary court, find the file, and obtain the documents you need.
Insurance company, which deals with "structured" settlement will have all the information as well.
Obtain a criminal record.
We suggest you contact your local bar association. If the lawyer had a license suspended all of the files had been taken over by the bar association (which is the professional organization of lawyers) will have your daughter
file and be able to obtain information about you. Check
Internet Bar, regardless of the state or province of the lawyer and you are connecting. Good luck!
